Mission

Our mission is to support a balanced and healthy rental housing ecosystem by advocating for practical policy, delivering trusted education and resources, and helping rental housing providers operate professionally, responsibly, and sustainably in providing homes across British Columbia.

Today, RentBC is supported by more than 3,000 members, including rental housing owners, professional property managers, operators of purpose-built rental buildings, condominium and secondary suite operators and non-profit housing providers. Together, they provide more than 175,000 rental homes for British Columbians across the province.
