RentBC members can contact our Legislative Helpline for guidance on the Residential Tenancy Act, regulations, and common tenancy issues. If you are not yet a member, you can learn more about membership and the support available to members on our Membership page.

Does RentBC provide support for commercial or non-residential properties?

RentBC’s services, resources, and advocacy are focused on residential rental housing in British Columbia. We do not generally provide guidance or support on commercial tenancies or other non-residential properties.
